Role & Mandate
As a Business Analyst, I worked closely with senior management and divisional heads to strengthen decision-making through data-driven insights, structured reporting, and strategic planning. My role evolved beyond traditional analysis, contributing to business development initiatives, performance management, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Contributions & Impact
Business Analysis & Management Reporting
Analyzed sales performance, profitability, receivables, and debt exposure across divisions, producing structured management reports that highlighted trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. These insights supported corrective actions and enhanced operational oversight.
Business Development & Partnerships
Supported business growth through the evaluation and development of new agency partnerships, assisting in negotiations and collaboration frameworks to expand the company’s portfolio and market reach.
Budgeting & KPI Frameworks
Developed annual sales budgets and defined division-specific KPIs, aligning commercial targets with operational realities and enabling clearer performance tracking across business units.
Power BI Executive Dashboard
Independently designed and deployed a Power BI-based analytical dashboard for top management, consolidating data from multiple sources into a single, intuitive interface. The dashboard surfaced critical insights that were previously unavailable, significantly improving visibility into performance, trends, and decision levers.
Strategic Planning & Efficiency Initiatives
